Driver
Do you have a passion for child safety and enjoy driving? Our team is seeking drivers with childcare experience, clean driving histories and background checks and with vehicles in good condition to join our team. We transport the most precious of cargo - peoples' kids. We value safety above all else.
Drivers interact with our clients regularly and are the face of our company. Drivers must be responsible, professional, accountable and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Drivers set their own schedules and have the ability to claim rides as they please. There is no minimum or maximum requirement for number of rides completed. Drivers are paid per ride and estimated earnings are visible for each ride. Drivers claim rides at their discretion and they are held accountable for completing all claimed rides. Drivers prefer GoKart Kids because of the higher earnings potential, the ability to set their own schedule, the team and network of drivers, the clientele and more.
Duties include:
- Complete claimed rides per GoKart Kids' policy
- Be the point of contact for claimed rides
- Provide the highest quality of care and service to our clients
- Treat all passengers and clients with respect
- Ensure vehicle remains clean and in good condition
Requirements:
- 5+ years of childcare experience
- Safe driving history
- Clean multi-jurisdictional background check
- Vehicle in good condition and less than 10 years old

Job Status: Independent Contractor
Pay: Earnings are based on rides completed. Estimated earnings are displayed through the app and drivers can easily track their earnings. Pay is directly deposited into a driver's bank account every week.
