Our business model requires boots-on-the-ground and knowledge of the area. The Operations Manager will be trained and equipped by our team to run the day to day operations in their area. The Operations Manager will have full access to our resources and management team. An ideal Operations Manager will demonstrate the necessary experience, entrepreneurial drive and determination to be successful.
Oversee day to day operations
Generate awareness and buzz
Develop key partnerships
Vet, interview and on-board drivers
Communicate with clients, drivers and team members
Respond to inquiries
Report to management
2+ years in a similar field
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Works well independently with minimal supervision
Follows direction and protocol
Self-motivated and determined to succeed
Excellent communication, organizational and managerial skills
Education: BA or higher
