Operations Manager

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for child safety? Are you results driven with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed? Our team is seeking qualified individuals that posses these qualities to oversee daily operations in their region. The Operations Manager is a key player in GoKart Kids' ability to expand. Our business model requires boots-on-the-ground and knowledge of the area. The Operations Manager will be trained and equipped by our team to run the day to day operations in their area. The Operations Manager will have full access to our resources and management team. An ideal Operations Manager will demonstrate the necessary experience, entrepreneurial drive and determination to be successful. 


Duties include:

  • Oversee day to day operations

  • Generate awareness and buzz

  • Develop key partnerships

  • Vet, interview and on-board drivers

  • Communicate with clients, drivers and team members

  • Respond to inquiries

  • Report to management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a similar field

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Works well independently with minimal supervision 

  • Follows direction and protocol

  • Self-motivated and determined to succeed

  • Excellent communication, organizational and managerial skills

  • Results driven

Education: BA or higher

​

Employee Status: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: Salary will be determined on experience level and job performance. Earnings structure will include a base rate plus commission.
