Customer Support Associate

Do you have a passion for child safety and superb communication skills? Our team is seeking a Customer Support Associate to oversee inbound inquiries from potential drivers, clients and partners. The Customer Support Associate will be the first point of contact for new leads and responsible for fielding inbound inquiries to appropriate team members. The Customer Support Associate will be trained to answer questions regarding our service. The Customer Support Associate will be expected to assist callers with routine questions and issues.

Duties include:

  • Answer calls

  • Respond to inbound messages

  • Report to Management team

  • Follow up on leads

  • Return messages

  • Connect callers to appropriate team members

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Professional and respectful

  • Ability to answer routine questions

  • Reliable access to a phone and computer

Education: HS or higher, BA preferred

Relevant Fields:

  • Customer Support

  • Sales

  • Administration

Location: Remote, EST preferred

Employee Status: Part-time/Full-time 

Pay: Hourly rate will be determined by experience and performance
